Broccoli colors up quickly and is greener than most other crops. It is a hardy and substantial microgreen that has a fresh, mild cabbage flavor. They are also favored for their health benefits, being a great source of sulforaphane. It is an excellent choice as a base for any micro greens salad.
Arugula microgreens are wonderful for helping keep bones healthy and strong. The same amount of calcium is contained in arugula microgreens as is found in spinach. A benefit of the arugula microgreens is that it has a much lower amount of oxalates compared to spinach, which prevent full calcium absorption.
Rambo Radish microgreens are distinguished by their striking purple stems and dark green to violet leaves, making them as visually appealing as they are nutritionally powerful. These microgreens are rich in vitamin C, anthocyanins, and essential minerals, and are known for their spicy, peppery flavor that adds a zesty kick to any dish.

These vibrant greens make a perfect addition to salads, sandwiches, smoothies, or as a garnish, offering both a nutritional boost and a burst of freshness.
Red cabbage microgreens are small, flavorful shoots of the red cabbage plant, known for their vibrant purple hue and slightly peppery, tangy taste. Rich in antioxidants, vitamins A, C, and K, and packed with fiber, these microgreens provide a healthy crunch to any dish. They make an excellent addition to salads, wraps, sandwiches, or as a colorful garnish, offering both a nutritional punch and a burst of color.
Mustard Wasabi has a terrific leafy texture and a nice crunch in the stems. Although this is not actual Japanese wasabi, these mustard microgreens taste just like it. Add to sandwiches or in salads for an extra zing.
The leaves are tender green, tinged with purple-red. When young, Osaka Purple‚s leaves are tender, mild, and flavorful. Once matured, the leaves are pungent and sharp.

The leaves are dark green, and the stems are primarily pure white with some more of a rose color. Brussel sprout microgreens are strong and hold up well as they grow.
